Yes, it can still help build your credit score.
Multiple variables contribute to your credit score and missing payments on other loans may have a negative impact.
Best results can be obtained if you use credit products responsibly and boost your credit score by using a credit builder product.
5. Is an increase to my credit score guaranteed?

The Fast Track to Credit plan provides you with a set of features and benefits alongside credit builder, and unsatisfactory credit score improvements do not qualify for a refund.
6. What happens if I am late with my subscription payment?
You can still pay the subscription within the grace period of 10 days after a missed payment. After the grace period ends and if the payment has not been processed, you will automatically be downgraded to Pockit Everyday.
Your missed payment will not be reported to the Credit Reference Agencies, however your credit builder product will no longer be active.
7. What happens if I downgrade from my Fast Track to Credit plan?
You will no longer benefit from the credit building service if you downgrade from the Fast Track to Credit plan.
1. When can I access my personal credit?
You can access your personal credit after 3 months from signing up for the Fast Track to Credit plan.
2. What is the amount I can borrow as personal credit?
An eligibility check will determine the amount available for you to borrow, anywhere between £30 and £500, based on your affordability.
3. Is personal credit really interest-free?
Yes, you pay 0% interest. Your Fast Track to Credit plan must remain active while you use your personal credit and whilst there is no interest on the credit, there is a fixed fee relative to the amount borrowed.
4. How do I repay the personal credit?
You can repay in 3 equal monthly instalments after you access the personal credit.
5. How can I increase the amount I can access as personal credit?
Using your Pockit card regularly with the Fast Track to Credit plan and timely repayments of outstanding credit will increase over time the amount of personal credit you can access.
6. Can I access personal credit if I don't have a good credit score?
You don't need to have a good credit score to be eligible for Personal Credit. A soft credit check may be conducted to check your eligibility which does not affect your credit score.
If you have any major credit issues like CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy, this product won't be available for you right now.
1. What is Purchase Protection?
Purchase protection insurance protects you from financial losses in the unfortunate event of theft or accidental damage of eligible purchases.
Eligible items
Items valued over £50 and up to £1,000. For mobile phones, up to £600 per phone. Second phone claim is covered up to £400 (total of £1,000 limit) Scope of coverage Theft and accidental damage, broken screens for mobile phones are excluded.
Limit of coverage Up to £1,000 maximum for eligible items
Conditions of coverage Eligible items are covered for 365 days after the date of purchase, with a 5% depreciation each month thereafter. One claim limit per eligible item applies. A refund will be provided if the mobile phone is beyond repair.
2. What is Refund Protection?
Refund protection insurance protects you from financial losses if you are unable to use or return an eligible purchase.

3. What is Ticket Cancellation insurance?
Ticket cancellation insurance helps you reimburse the cost of unused tickets if you are unable to attend an event due to a covered reason.
Eligible items All planned occasions which occur at a venue in the UK and Europe where tickets are sold in advance. Events include but are not limited to cultural, sports and leisure events, shows and amusement parks.
Scope of coverage Reasons for ticket cancelation:
Illness or injury Family emergency Travel disruptions due to work or studies Jury service or legal Theft of tickets Damage to home Adverse weather Limit of coverage From £50 to £1,500 maximum

4. What is Extended Warranty?
Extended warranty protects you from the cost of repairs or replacement if the product breaks down after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
Eligible items White and brown goods with a previous retailer warranty (large and small electronic appliances) purchased as new.
Scope of coverage Labour cost resulting from mechanical breakdown or failure of an eligible Insured Item, where such parts and/or labour cost were specifically covered under the terms of the Original Manufacturer’s Warranty and are limited to the repair or replacement cost of the Eligible Insured item.
Limit of coverage The indemnity cannot exceed the purchase price
Conditions of coverage One claim by eligible item for up to 12 months

The cost of the purchase protection insurance is included within the Fast Track to Credit plan.
7. Are there any restrictions or exclusions?
Some restrictions apply, such as:

8. How do I make a claim?
To make a claim please visit https://jove.co/claims/pockit , where you will be asked to detail the loss you have suffered and supply information such as receipts, doctors notes, picture evidence. Our claims handlers are Van Amayde, who will be able to assist once the claim has been submitted through the above link.
